1 Eligibility

To register and use yk222, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. yk222 may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of your account.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is strictly enforced and non-negotiable.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a business or corporate entity for the purpose of gambling.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with yk222 or have previously had an account closed by yk222 for breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

2 Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one account on yk222. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

• You must not share your yk222 account, login credentials, or payment details with any third party.
• yk222 will never request your password. Any communication asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
• yk222 may, at its discretion, carry out identity verification (KYC) procedures at any point. You must cooperate fully with any KYC request within the timeframe specified.
• Accounts showing signs of fraudulent registration, including the use of stolen identity documents or falsified mobile numbers, will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

You are responsible for ensuring your account details remain current at all times. If your registered mobile number changes, contact support immediately to update your account.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

yk222 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer through selected Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard are also accepted. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are communicated at the time of transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the support team.
• yk222 charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may impose their own transaction fees, which are outside yk222's control.
• Deposits made using funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud are strictly prohibited. yk222 reserves the right to freeze funds and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks initiated through a payment provider without first contacting yk222 support will be treated as fraudulent activity, resulting in permanent account closure and potential legal action.

yk222 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and proof of address. Withdrawal processing times: bKash and Nagad average 5 to 10 minutes; bank transfers are processed within the same working day.

4 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

yk222 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including a 100% first-deposit welcome bonus up to ৳20,000 and a 10% weekly cashback on net casino losses. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific bonus terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific bonus terms at the time of claiming.
• Bonuses are valid for use on games specified in the bonus terms. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — contribution rates per game category are specified in the individual bonus details.
• yk222 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or coordinated play with other accounts — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and related winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• yk222 reserves the right to set maximum bonus win caps for individual promotions. Where a win cap applies, it will be clearly stated in the specific promotion's terms.

Seasonal promotions — such as those run during Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, or T20 World Cup windows — are governed by their own individual terms, which will be communicated when the promotion is activated. General bonus T&C apply where specific promotional terms are silent.

5 Gameplay, Fair Play, and RNG

All games available on yk222 are provided by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Ezugi, Spribe, and Microgaming. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently audited. yk222 does not modify, influence, or alter game results in any way.

• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, the affected round will be voided and the wager amount returned to the player's account. yk222 is not liable for losses arising from player-side technical failures (e.g. internet disconnection during a bet).
• Players are prohibited from using any automated tools, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or the platform. Any detected use of such tools will result in immediate account suspension.
• Collusion between players — including coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent game rules or bonus terms — is strictly prohibited and will be investigated. Winnings derived from collusive play will be forfeited in full.
• yk222 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where system errors, data feed errors, or technical anomalies are identified that have materially affected the outcome of play.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on yk222. Any breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Opening more than one account for any purpose, including to circumvent a self-exclusion, to claim a welcome bonus more than once, or to avoid account restrictions.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment methods, identity documents, or personal information when registering or transacting on yk222.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity and then withdrawing them through the yk222 platform.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit any software, system, or game on the yk222 platform, or introducing any malicious code or software.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of the yk222 support team or other platform users, whether through the platform's communication channels or otherwise.

yk222 employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes. If your account is flagged for investigation, yk222 may temporarily restrict access to your account and funds during the investigation period. We will notify you via your registered mobile number and aim to resolve all investigations promptly.

7 Responsible Gaming

yk222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling may become problematic. yk222 provides tools and resources to help all players stay in control of their gaming activity.

• Deposit limits and session time limits are available to all registered players. Contact the yk222 support team to activate these features on your account.
• Self-exclusion is available to any player who feels they need a break from gambling. A self-excluded player may request a cooling-off period of between 1 week and 12 months, or a permanent self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, yk222 will not send promotional communications to the excluded player.
• If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, we encourage you to contact the yk222 support team immediately and to seek assistance from a relevant support organisation. yk222 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above.

yk222 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where the platform identifies patterns of behaviour that indicate a player may be at risk of gambling-related harm. Such restrictions may include mandatory deposit limits, mandatory cool-off periods, or temporary account suspension pending a welfare check.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

yk222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if any of the following apply. Where an account is closed for cause, yk222 may withhold balances pending investigation.

• The player has breached any section of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, fraudulent activity, or providing false registration information.
• The player has been identified as a minor (under 21 years of age), in which case all funds on the account will be returned to the payment source and any winnings will be forfeited in full.
• The player has requested voluntary account closure. In such cases, yk222 will process any remaining withdrawable balance (net of any unmet wagering requirements) within a reasonable timeframe.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

yk222 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account on yk222, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. yk222 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Personal data will never be sold to third parties. yk222 may share data with payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or to fulfil its obligations under these Terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yk222's liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform is limited as follows.

• yk222 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising from your use of the platform.
• yk222 is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages (including payment provider downtime) that are outside yk222's direct control.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits yk222's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11 Amendments to These Terms

yk222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, yk222 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered mobile number or through a notice displayed prominently on the platform. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon publication unless a later date is specified.

Your continued use of the yk222 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact the support team to request account closure.
